    Common Return Reasons and Solutions

    Arrived Late
    If your order arrives beyond the promised delivery timeframe (21 days), you are eligible to receive a compensation refund of $10.

    Defective Products or Quality Issues
    If the product you received is defective or exhibits any quality issues, we will promptly send you a replacement pair at no additional cost.

    Incorrect Size or Color Ordered
    If the product does not fit as expected or if the wrong size or color was ordered, you may return or exchange it. However, please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

    Changed Mind (No Longer Want the Item)
    If you decide you no longer want the product, you may return or exchange it, but you will be responsible for covering the return shipping fees.

    Incorrect Item Received
    If we mistakenly sent you the wrong item, you can return it, and we will cover the return shipping fee. Alternatively, we can send you a replacement pair at no additional cost.

    Damaged Parcel on Arrival
    If your package arrives damaged, we will send you a replacement pair free of charge.

    Incorrect Shipping Information Provided

    How to Return Your Order

    If you need to return any part of your order, please follow these steps:

    1. Contact Us: Email us at info@nova-footwear.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for the return.

    2. Approval & Return Address: Our customer service team will confirm if your return is accepted and provide the correct return address.

    3. Prepare Your Return: Securely pack the product(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories and items that came with it.

    4. Ship the Return: Send the package to the provided return address and share the tracking number with our customer service team.

    5. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5 days through your original payment method.

    Non-Returnable Items

    Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

    • Pre-ordered products.
    • Items that have been used or are not in their original condition.

    Products Damaged on Arrival

    If your product was damaged during transit, please:

    1. Take clear photos of the damaged item on a flat surface, ensuring the defect and label are visible.

    3. We will send a replacement product at no cost to you. If a second defect occurs, we will issue a full refund.
